Short Answer: Yes Longer Answer: God has a time-honored tradition of partnering with man to accomplish His Goals. The Bible - and Christianity itself - is unique among the world's mere religions in that it offers "proofs" as opposed to asking for blind faith (with a little "f"). God knows that we are logical beings because He made us that way, and He welcomes our skepticism and critical eye concerning life. He doesn't want us to be fools who follow blindly after anything - even Himself. He doesn't ask for blind faith, He asks us to have Faith after we have seen His Truth proven to us. Much as I have faith in my climbing rope only after I understand how it was made, and after I have seen ropes catch me and others time and again. I didn't just take someone's word for all that the first time I tied into one. Again, He does not ask blind faith from us. His Word, The Bible, is overflowing with the answers. Yes, I realize that many people who might read that will scoff at any suggestion that The Bible holds the answers. To the modern, politically-correct, postmodern, relativistic mind that somehow sounds backwards, narrow-minded and judgmental - rather than clear and liberating. Yet I have never met anyone who has actually studied The Bible to be able to continue scoffing at it. Even the harshest of critics come to Faith when they lay their anger and cynicism at God's Feet, and actually study His Word diligently and honestly, with an open heart. What's in The Bible are highly unified expressions of outrageous Love and Power, seamlessly cross-referenced with each other across generations of different people throughout all time, and backed up with thousands of fulfilled prophesies that cannot be statistically explained by coincidence. And finally, of course, God Himself put His very Life on the line for us when He willingly took up His Cross and died for the sins of us, the created. Finally, he performed the unique-in-all-of-history miracle (and the ultimate Proof of Christianity's peerless Truth) of defeating death and rising on the third day...a fact that has over 500 eyewitnesses from that time, who didn't just write in The Bible. Jesus fulfilled hundreds of prophesies with the events of His life ...prophesies that were written in The Bible by the first men on Earth, and continued through every book of the Bible. The fact that the Bible was written by so many different people is actually one of its greatest strengths, because it would be impossible for so many people to write with such unity over so many thousands of years. The fact that they did - and that all of their prophesies have come true - is Proof of God's inspiration in the writings. For Jesus to have "coincidentally" fulfilled all these very specific prophesies is statistically impossible. The fact that He did is the main proof of both Him and the Bible. To be honest, I don't have the time to do this subject justice right now. This could easily be the biggest page on my site if I reiterated all that I have read and experienced on the subject of God's logical proofs about the Truth of Christianity as contained in His Bible; and how it all proves Christ's unique-among-religions resume. For that I will instead refer you to the best single work I have seen on the subject...
