My Fitness Bio

  • Have been engaged in committed training with weights, cycling, and running since I was ten years old.
  • Was a physical training Assistant Instructor with the 11th Group (ABN) in 1990*
  • Wrote a physical training manual that was adopted by the 20th Group for use with training those about to head to The Course.
  • Certified Personal Trainer since 1998 (American Council on Exercise - A.C.E)
  • in the year 2000, and before the National Final, was ranked the #9 Competitive Rock Climber in USA by the American Sport Climber's Federation and invited to compete at The National Final
  • Avid cyclist but still learning...starting to train for triathlon
