The Experiential Concept At Cliff Dweller, we have been leading corporate team building activities since 1991. We run courses in the outdoors and in the ropes course setting – utilizing both low and high activities, and using the well established experiential model. By ‘experiential’ we mean that instead of merely presenting and discussing high performance team concepts, we lead groups through a series of fun and challenging initiatives that they must actively work together to solve. With the experiential method, the team building concepts are imbedded more deeply for having put them into practice.
