Oh, the Places I've Been...
"Not All Who Wander Are Lost"
Just a short bullet list of where I've wandered. I don't yet have travelogues
for all of these places, but I will eventually
- Studying in England....with weekend trips to Germany and France (Summer of
'93)
- Traveling (mostly for climbing) all over the country
climbing travel list - too long for a bullet
- Grand Canyon, on a drive from Atlanta to L.A. with Tisha (what a trip!)
- Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, DC, Baltimore,
Virginia, South and North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, L.A., Sa
Jose, many many San Fran / Yosemite and Oregon trips, Florida, well, certainly every state in the
South, Louisiana, grew up in Texas, Nebraska (don't remember it, though),
Vermont (leaned to ski there - well, sorta' :-)
- Two trips to Kenya, East Africa. The first (in "our" Winter - 2000?) was
for 33 days and the second (in "our" Summer - 2001?) was for only 11 days.
Went there to build the continent's first climbing gym - and to help build a
ropes course - for the Baptist
International Mission Center at Brackenhurst in Limuru outside Nairobi.
Along the way, got to climb
a lot (including Mt. Kenya) and go game viewing twice (not counting the
game you just encounter while climbing).

- Mexico: Juarez once, and two or three trips per year to the Yucatan area
(Tulum and Akumal) for beaches and SCUBA
- Honeymoon in Belize
